- Re-onboard and re-train customers to use the platform to increase value. To implement the platform successfully, work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including IT, infosec, branding, and others.
- Create Xoxoday advocates by establishing value-based relationships with customers.
- To comprehend customer lifecycle milestones, explain the value of our product, demonstrate ROI, and drive desired customer outcomes through a consultative approach, conduct strategic business reviews (EBRs and QBRs).
- Together with the Account Managers, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders while project managing the complete client relationship and serving as the customer's voice within Xoxoday.
- Discuss customer feedback with the product team and come up with new ideas together to improve the product plan.
- Implement client surveys, case studies, etc. in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Enhance all customer success initiatives aggressively and optimize the company's current operations.
- Promote customer advocacy by encouraging reviews, endorsements, and customer gatherings; establish a center of excellence within the client's company.
