What is the exact job summary?
- Assist in the role of Product Technical Analyst for Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay)
- Work on all Zycus Support Desk components, serve as the initial point of contact for customers with questions or problems about Zycus products, and be reachable by email, chat, and phone for customer concerns.
- Work with the Technical Account Management Team to achieve Customer Satisfaction by coordinating with various Teams from the Zycus and Customer sides to ensure deliverables are on-time, boost efficiency, and handle issues for customers.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing, best practices (tools/processes), automation, and ideation to improve customer experience, lower manual labor, and propose new procedures.
- Work with internal stakeholders and customers while taking part in and enabling testing, such as User Acceptance Testing.
- Analyze and recommend creative remedies and workarounds for client demands.
- Work effectively with MS Excel, incident management tools, Zycus products, etc.
- Ability to discuss and demonstrate the Zycus Solution and how it may be adjusted to fit a customer's business needs. Strong technical understanding of the Zycus product.
