What is the exact job summary?

HR Operations: through guarantee successful HR service delivery, the Associate HR develops, implements, and oversees HR operations throughout the Employee Life Cycle, from pre-joining through Exit management.
Employee assistance: If Executive or IBPO are unable to resolve an issue, Associate HR takes over. Executive will be notified, and the procedure documentation will be updated.
Hiring: To coordinate panel requirements and adhere to corporate recruitment policies, the Associate HR will be the point of contact for recruitment at the operational level.
Employee Assimilation: The Associate HR will carry out tasks in accordance with the on-boarding and induction procedures applicable to each unit. To evaluate the efficiency of the onboarding process, s/he will solicit input from new hires and compile metrics of assimilation and induction procedures.
Deployment The Associate HR enables the deployment of new hires both inside and outside the unit in accordance with the unit's approved manpower strategy, routinely checks the bench strength, and supervises new hire deployment. In order to properly manage the various resource deployment techniques, s/he deals with the employee concerns/questions of those waiting.
Performance Management: To ensure new hire goal setting, appraisal process education, appraisal closes, and taking escalation, the Associate HR will develop a strategy to implement the performance management areas, monitor and drive adherence to plan, and drive adherence to the plan. Together with the PMs, s/he completes the PIP process post appraisal at the DU/DC. In order to guarantee that the fundamentals of the performance management culture are upheld, s/he reports the status and progress of these areas and flags areas of concern for corrective action. 
Management of compensation and benefits: The Associate HE will be responsible for owning and carrying out the system closure to corporate and data input component within the timescales specified. Within established service central SLAs, s/he will respond to employee questions about policies and other C&B inquiries to be in compliance with the timeframes and ensure the closure of the grievance accurately.
Development of an employee The ITP improvement status will be reported to delivery on a monthly basis by the Associate HR in the MIS. In order to increase the need intervention %, s/he will coordinate and bribe delivery of the numbers that must be sent for each batch.
